I can't say enough good things about Emilie and Samir and their boutique, Soul of Cuba Travel.  They take detailed care to not only customize each tour for their guests; their mission and philosophy combines security and safety measures while providing the best experience that Cuba can offer in a socially and responsible way.  What can I say about the food?  I'm a self-professed foodie so of course I enjoyed every bite, every meal all served with love.  What about the unforgettable luscious scenery?  From the beautiful tropical sunrise or sunset at the various beaches, to the breathtaking green, mountain view of thousands of acres of reclaimed forest lands, that were once stripped and then restored back to nature.  Viva Cuba! A place worth returning to!
